DAY 1 - Goa Welcome to Incredible India :
Welcome aboard! You are welcomed & picked up by our executive from the main exit of the airport and transferred to the hotel in your private car (Our executive will be waiting outside the custom area with a placard of your name). We will have a welcome briefing covering the various aspects of the tour (ensuring that you have the best of the Indian holiday) and you will be handed over the India travel kit containing all relevant documents of your trip (air/rail tickets, hotel vouchers, transport, guide, sightseeing vouchers, writing pads with other travel related documents).Note:The normal check in - check out time of the hotels are 1200 hours and if your arrival time does not suit this we can arrange activities for you on the first day or pre-book the hotel from the previous night on additional charge and as per your request. Normally it takes 1 hour to come out of the airport from the time of arrival.DAY 2 - Panjim Old Goa cathedrals and churches :
Take guided tour of Old Goa cathedrals and churches. Overnight stay at Panaji. Convent and Church of St. Francis of Assissi
This is located to the west of the Se Cathedral and offers the best specimen of the religious art of the 17th century. The most interesting feature of the church is the octagonal tabernacle in Baroque with Corinthian features. Adjacent to the church is the Archaeological Museum.Basilica of Bom Jesus
This is located on the right side of Se Cathedral and was built in the 16th Century. A massive structure of Basilica of Bom Jesus is popularly known as the Church of St. Francis Xavier, the Patron saint of Goa, whose body was placed in the new silver casket and the remains are enshrined here. DAY 3 - Dona Paula Wind surfing at Calangute :
Tour other North Goa beaches (Calangute, Baga, Anjuna)
and try out wind-surfing at Calangute. Return to Panaji and proceed to Dona Paula. Check into hotel for overnight stay.
A windsurfer stands on a fibreglass board attached to a rig that is made up of a sail, mast, boom and mast base. With training, he controls the craft in challenging conditions created by the wind and the water and executes various manoeuvres. For most windsurfers, the freedom of the sport is one of its greatest attractions.
Beaches in Goa such as Calangute, Vagator, Baga, Dona Paula, Miramar and Bogmalo are popular with windsurfers. Check with resorts along these beaches for information on activity providers who can give you some basic training before you hit the waves. Dona Paula bay in Goa is considered the ideal spot to go windsurfing.DAY 4 - Dona PaulaSailing and water sports :
Enjoy sailing and other water sports from Dona Paula jetty. Spend entire day at the beach. Overnight stay at Dona Paula.
The Dona Paula Sports Club offers water-scooter, cycle, and motorboat rides. Other water sports include windsurfing, parasailing, water-skiing, toboggan ski-biscuit, skibob, sports fishing, snorkelling, harpoon fishing, kayaking, and yachting.
Other attractions at Dona Paula Beach are Reis Magos Church and the Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary. Approximately 10 km from the beach is one of the oldest churches built in Goa, the Reis Magos Church. DAY 5 - PanjimThe way back :
Day at your own till drive back and drop at airport / railway station for onward journey.
